"The swimming pool was green with algea and very dirty. We could not use it . The kitchen was full of flies, which we spent a lot of money having to clean, buy fly spray, fly strip! The cleaning was very poor. Mattresses on beds stained. The house could be beautiful and is in a lovely setting. But is in a state of disrepair. Very disappointing as this was our first family holiday in 3 years."

"Family of 3 generations from 9yrs to 77yrs, 14 in total. We all agreed that it was the best house we had stayed in with loads of character and flexible accommodation. We made full use of all the amenities with many hours in the lovely pool, table tennis etc and enjoying meals in the shade on the terrace in the evening. "A fabulous, quirky house spread over many levels with all the mod cons ensured a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Tennis court and swimming pool meant the teenagers were entertained and happy, whilst being in the heart of the Ardeche for river swimming and canoeing!
