"Overall good stay , great location close to the Central station in the centre of Gothenburg. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful at check in, restaurant and bar staff also very pleasant. Minor issues were the AC which we couldn’t switch off and having no hot water on the morning of our check out. However that wouldn’t put me off recommending the hotel to fellow travellers "

"Bed is nice and comfortable. Not equiped, not even cattle. TV a bit outdated without streaming option. Light in the room isn’t on one switch and there are lamps only, so you have to turn on and off each one off them. Pool and jacuzzi are nice. Parking is paid extra."

"Fantastic stay. Great location. Amazing room - comfortable, clean, huge. I loved the horse lamp on the spacious balcony! Bathroom was modern and well appointed with great toiletries. The bed was sooo comfortable. The shower was tight but great pressure and temperature. Hotel inside is gorgreous and i love all the art everywhere. Breakfast was perfect - huge selection of fresh everything. Will be back again."

The staff were excellent; the best hotel service I’ve had in some time. My stay included a nice breakfast and dinner. My only issue was I had tv/cable reception issues in my room.
