"The Viking boat was lovely, the room was clean, easy check-in, we were late due to the flight being delayed, had to call the phone, which was on reception to get our key card, which was no issue. "The facility was great and its a steal for the location. The breakfast spread is the sweetest surprise you are in for. Make the most of it. Staff is very warm and available 24*7 just in case. Expedia was not giving me option to rate 4.5 hence 4 star because of the size and facilities in the washroom. There was no exhaust so it became super damp and stuffy after a point in the day. Rest everything was great. "

"Really easy to find right next to the tram stop. The dorm rooms were great, the bunks built in so no wobbling, and each with a curtain across for privacy, individual reading lights and sockets. Ladder was a little uncomfortable/fiddly. The option to rent sheets/towel is good, but not obligatory. Check-in is via key-pad & lock-box but very simple and easy to use. Cons: Light in room didn’t work, room was tiny and didn’t have a mirror in actual room to get ready with had to get ready in bathroom which was so small.
