"Das waren zwei wundervolle und wahnsinnig entspannende Urlaubswochen. Alles war so wie beschrieben und dann kamen noch 14 Tage Sonnenschein dazu. Unser Vierbeiner hat sich im riesigen Garten ausgetobt. Wir haben uns in den Badeteich gerettet. Mit dem Whirlpool und der Sauna ist alles luxoriös abgerundet. Für eine Empfehlung alle Daumen hoch! "We spent a week with 3 generations gathering from several locations in the world to celebrate Christmas. The house was perfect for our group - private rooms for all, plenty of space to allow for gatherings and private time, well-equipped as we cooked almost every meal, and the billiard room was a favorite for lots of fun and laughter! "great space great location, but the kitchen was poorly equipped and the dish washer was not fitted properly, it had a French rustic feel but did not flow as the cupboards in the kitchen were not great and the other cupboards were spread out.The one on suit was cramped and sleeping in the down stairs rooms meant going through the converted garage to the toilet or going up stairs. the house and gardens where spacious and value for money"

Will definitely return if possible!

"The Josephine room was amazing. We booked it for a week over Christmas with the goal of having a place where we could hunker down and cook a nice meal on the 24th and 25th. The place was perfect. It's a short walk into town and the Christmas market, or you can walk along the canal, or even head into the hills for a hike which we took advantage of on a couple occasions. It's also a quick walk to the train station which provides easy access to the wonders of Strasbourg. Laurent was friendly and welcoming and everything in the room is immaculate (and was decorated for the season, including a little Christmas tree!). The bed is comfortable and the appliances are recent and in good shape. And the house is beautiful! There is all kinds of wonderful art both from Saverne as well as other places throughout the beautiful old staircase to the room. And the doormat at the entrance seems to be custom made to match the tiles: the whole place is full of these little attentions to detail that make it particularly special. We absolutely loved our stay and I don't think it could have been any better. "
