"Check-in simple/professionnal, but not warm neither smiling. Room are small but very clean. Small building so we felt like family hotel. Reception at the spa is the same: quick explanations, we had the impression to catch a train instead of being welcomed to a wellness spa (a smile with a sweet voice would be a plus for the 500€ we spent during 1day+1night, even during rush hours). The Yonaguni spa itself is amazing Restaurant staff was friendly and efficient. "

"Coming from Canada we were very disappointed in this resort. It would be good for young children but not for teenagers or adults."

"I had a good stay in this clean and comfortable hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfy and the finishes were new. There were a few minor items that could be improved though. The balcony door didn’t lock which wasn’t an issue for me but might be for others. The drapes only had black outs and not a set of sheers. Again - no problem for me but could impact someone else. "Really nice hotel with a good choice at breakfast. Secure parking was at a cost of €3.50 a day. I did think that i had already paid for parking in the option chosen when booking but the lady at reception said that it was incorrect on Hotels.com. We stayed on a Monday night and there were hardly any places to eat that were open at teatime, I'm sure on a Friday or Saturday night though there would have been a larger choice. Would stay again."

"Check-in was super fast, receptionist very nice and friendly with great English. The room was spacious enough and very tidy. Room safe a pleasure, free parking was a big plus for us. The area around the hotel and the whole town is quiet and safe. The better price, proximity to the train station and the 20 minute train ride to Strasbourg make staying here more economical and hassle free than staying in a big city."

"We had a fantastic stay at La Diligence Obernai, service and facilities were top notch. The location was lovely, we booked the balcony suite with its spectacular view and booked parking through the hotel which proved smart during the Christmas markets."
