Bells Valley Ranch : Between Staunton & Lexington VA

Welcome to Bells Valley Ranch in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia!
Situated on a hill and nestled between two valleys and on 370 acres, this ranch-style home offers breathtaking 360-degree views of both sunrise and sunset skies, as well as picturesque cattle grazing in the surrounding area. Truly, it's Peace in the Valley vibes!

🛏️ 4 bedrooms 🛁 3 full baths
+2 Twin Air Mattresses available for use.

As you make your way down the winding gravel lane, you'll be greeted by the sprawling ranch home. Follow the circular driveway and step inside!

The Great Room, which encompasses the Living, Dining, and Kitchen areas, features an exposed beam ceiling that creates an open and inviting atmosphere. Whether you want to engage in conservations, curl up with a good book, or solve a puzzle, this space is perfect for it all. And of course, enjoying delicious food is always a given! Behind the dining table, you'll find a smart TV for your entertainment. During the winter months, feel free to use the woodstove to keep the space warm and cozy. (Just make sure you have some knowledge on operating a woodstove before using it 🙃).

The kitchen is airy, spacious, and fully equipped to host your adventures. You're welcome to use anything you find in the cabinets and drawers, including the charming antique silverware. Here are some of the appliances at your disposal:
🔒 Double wall oven
🔒 5-burner electric countertop stove
🔒 Microwave
🔒 Dishwasher
🔒 Coffee Station

To the right of the entry, you'll find the sleeping wing, which houses three bedrooms. The cheerful King Ensuite offers a stunning view of the valley through its numerous windows, and it comes with a full attached bathroom. The second bedroom also features a King size bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. Another full bathroom completes this wing of the house. A basement room includes a Queen bed and 2 Twins for more space. Take note the basement is accessed through the attached garage.

Additionally, there is a full-size laundry room available for your convenience. In this wing of the house, you'll also find the third full bathroom, which includes a shower stall. As you can see, there is plenty of space for both living and having fun!

There is lots of space to explore outdoors! Maybe you'll find the freshwater spring that's onsite?! A wooden split rail fence creates boundaries around the homestead, keeping everyone safe. A flagstone patio is just off the Great Room, where the lovely evening shade makes it enjoyable for an al fresco dinner. A gas grill is available to use.
