" We stayed at the Best Western Otonabee Inn for three nights, one night at a time, during a state of emergency caused by an ice storm. Despite the challenging circumstances, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. The team was incredibly accommodating and understanding as we navigated the uncertainty of the storm. Each time we needed to extend our stay, they handled our requests with kindness and efficiency, making us feel genuinely cared for during a difficult time. The room was clean, cozy, and a perfect haven from the freezing conditions outside. The property itself remained well-maintained despite the weather, and we were so grateful to have a warm and welcoming place to stay. We truly appreciated the staff’s dedication and professionalism throughout our stay. They made us feel safe and supported when we needed it most. "The facilities were great. The room was clean, the pool was terrific for the kids, and the property had all the amenities we would need (with a nice, attached restaurant). The beds were a bit uncomfortable, though. The matresses in our room were too soft/lumpy, which made it difficult to sleep. "
