"The home and location were both great. We rented this home because of the outdoor living space, and we really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the firepit. We didn't realize that you have to ask to have the pool and hot tub heated, so my recommendation is that if you want to use those, let them know in advance to have them heated.
