"The house and property are stunning and comfortable! We were looking for an outdoor Tennessee experience with all of the comforts and found it! My husband and I traveled with our 3 year old and my 75 year old parents. Everyone had fun walking down to the river, saying hello to the cows and watching the wildlife from the house. "The house was just like an old farmhouse. If that is what you are looking for it’s the perfect place. As was listed in the overview it is close to the road and was a little noisy but we slept very well. Cara is a very gracious host and was very responsive to any and all requests. I am sure the landscaping is very beautiful in the spring. Wonderful stay."

"Mice droppings were in all the beds. Also fresh crusty blood spots on several pillow cases and soaked through to pillows. M&Ms in a bed too. Obviously unwashed bedding. Our food and containers had fresh mouse droppings on them. Survived by using our own things as much as possible. For so much a night to stay there, it was very disappointing!!
