"Good location, very close to the bus terminal. Beautiful view over the river and the fortress. The room was nice and big. Breakfast was good and varied: I stayed 2 nights and there were different dishes the second morning, which was very nice. The young woman at the reception was lovely and very helpful."

Staff was very friendly and communicated clearly. Breakfast was included and it was good for hotel fare. The in room massage chair was a plus. Also the resin I gave it 4 stars instead of 3 stars is that the price is not bad, and I believe most hotels in the area are similar. The onsen is good but also other hotels have them as well. I guess this is one of the most famous ones. "
