"Very small for 5 people even when 3 of those people were children but in the end was quiet and secluded in the middle of busy Paris. Loved how close it was to the Metro and various shops and dining. "

"On the selected date, we could not reach the property as our flight was canceled but booked this hotel for 3 days later and requested credit for the 1st day Nov 27th that we could not stay due to canceled flight. Would appreciate if the 1st night's stay is refunded but the hotel denied it. We booked through expedia. Hopefully we get a refund as we booked for the next three consecutive days from Nov 28 to Nov 30th. We liked this hotel very much but the hotel can be a little flexible if the reasons are beyond the control of customers like a flight delay. Expedia requested for refund and it was delayed and they have requested again but didn't hear back -Nagarajan Ravishankar"
