Great location, comfortable rooms, good food, and most importantly amazing staff that always go the extra mile to make your stay a special one. Special thanks go to Mr. José Mendez who always makes sure that all guests are having a wonderful time. "Lovely spacious villa with plenty of room for 10-12 people, and lots of dining and sitting space inside, and outdoor space. It was very warm during our stay, and as the villa doesn't have air conditioning it did get warm inside. Some more fans would be useful, as opening windows does increase outside noise. "This is a 300-year-old farmhouse that has been converted on a very quiet spot in a middle class, safe and retirement looking (?) neighborhood. There was a bedroom and bath upstairs and a bedroom and bath plus another half bath downstairs with a kitchen that was compact but had everything you needed and a lovely outdoor space. "We had a wonderful time at Margarida’s place-she’s truly thought of everything! We were a group of 10 family members including a baby, 6 year old and 11 and 14 year old. We all felt we had our own privacy and there were lots of places to eat and chill out around the property. The photos do not do this place justice! Margarida was a wonderful host and was on hand on the phone if we needed her but allowed us our privacy at the same time. We would love to return!"

"Stayed for 5 days with my son and one of his friends while attending a competition in Braga. Fit, finish and cleanliness of the villa were all excellent, the gardens were immaculate and the pool was large enough for two teenage boys not to feel constrained. "Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Mutter des Vermieters wohnt unten und ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ziemlich zentral so dass wir Ausflüge zu den Orten im Norden an den Flüssen Minho und Lima, zur nahen Küste, nach Braga, Guimaraes und Porto unternehmen konnten. Barcelos sollte man unbedingt am Donnerstag besuchen, wenn dort Markt ist."
