"I absolutely love this hotel SO comfortable if you are traveling with kids !!! They have amazing beds we took a room with 2 twins one double bed amazing !!! So much space two bathrooms it was PERFECT!! Everyone is do friendly and welcoming!! Mariana was lovely they speak Spanish and English. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel and location EXCELLENT. "we did late-check-in. but the way that pass the key was really irresponsible and NOT safe, I think. I didnt realize her contact & 24hour contact didn't work, so we took long time to check-in (Guimaraes might be a safe place, but...😥😫) Also "the reception opens at 10am" is too late. the price is really reasonable if guests don't do late-check-in. "

"The AC never got cold even on the lowest setting. On the main area there was a strong smell, like garbage and it was there for over a day even though they came to clean the room, no one bothered to empty the trash, the smell was so bad it came into our room. The hotel is in a good area, we felt safe but far from the touristy area and the walk to the train station was long, it was hard to get UBER there so we had to walk several times. "

"Toural has an old-world charm, with its location, decor, and the service. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is full of nice surprises including home made cakes. The room is very spacious with a balcony over looking the historical Toural square. We loved our stay!"
