"Very well located B&B for visiting both the high and lower parts of Lincoln. Useful arrival information provided beforehand. Room clean and comfortable with tv that works! We were one of the top floor rooms with great view. Bathroom good - wet room that succeeds in only getting the shower area wet and has good drainage. And warm. Breakfast plentiful and fresh. Need to order night before. 3 breakfast timings but if both large communal tables are still full when you arrive you’ll be...

"What I particularly liked and the primary reason I booked a stay at this B&B was the proximity to the village of Spridlington. A 3 mile country road walk to the church where some of My ancestors are buried. The bonus was how welcoming the hosts were providing a hardy breakfast each morning and friendly chats. "Beautiful historic house set in peaceful countryside. The owners and staff were very friendly and attentive. We also booked the Sunday lunch which was delicious and spent the evening sitting by a log fire in a snug room with a cheeseboard and bottle of wine. Our bedroom was stunning. We only had an overnight stay but would love to go back for a longer stay one day."
