"We have been country members of Tain Golf Club for twenty years. If you haven't played Tain, please put it on your next itinerary! We have been traveling in Scotland for many years. 2022 and 2023 was the first time we stayed for three months with NO car! So many places to visit where you can be fine walking from train station to accomodation to golf to market to restaurants. This cottage in Tain was perfect for us."

"On our arrival the farmhouse was clean spacious and the owners had been in and ensured that the house was also warm and cosy for our arrival. The house had everything that you could possibly need for your stay. We had an enjoyable time. If you are looking for a quiet getaway this is the place for you.
