"Cottage was in a lovely location next to river with a sweet little garden. Hosts were very welcoming, providing lots of wood for the fire and even giving us fresh eggs from their hens. Also gave us good tips on things to do in the local area. Cottage was very clean and nicely presented. The second bedroom in the loft was quite small which made it a bit tight for two couples, but otherwise everything was great."

"Excellent holiday home, incredibly well kept property and pool and such a peaceful location. Very close to local shops and stunning scenery. Owners live nearby and were very helpful. Had absolutely everything we could have needed, and the pool was brilliant. 5 stars all round."

Petit déjeuner et repas sur la terrasse avec le murmure du ruisseau qui est à 50m du gite (sans risque pour des enfants) Qualité de l'eau bonne car des écrevisses y vivent. On trouve tout le nécessaire à Mur de Barrez, dont un bon boucher. Région Magnifique , nous avons sillonné à 40 km à la ronde et profitez des nombreuses plages aménagées sur les lacs de barrage. "My husband and I had a wonderful stay here for 1 week. It is a beautiful property in a quiet, peaceful location. You can often see deer in the field. Kitchen is well stocked. Nice big bathtub to relax in. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. The owners are very friendly and we had great communication throughout our stay. We highly recommend!"

"Malcolm and Vivian where very welcoming and helpful. The views are amazing and the location is very peaceful. The house is beautiful and quirky, although if you like to cook for yourselves, the kitchen is a little short on utensils. We improvised! We had a problem with the cooker and Malcolm had it replaced the next day! We would definitely stay again."
