"The entire staff was genuinely pleasant and helpful. Always pleasant and friendly. Property was a good size. Food options were very good. Only downside was the surf was pretty rough for most of the week."

"The staff was very warm, friendly, helpful, and professional and not intrusive. The food was plentiful and delicious. I loved my ocean-front room mainly because I love how the waves sounded crashing against the rocks at night. I also felt very safe there. Although the majority of tourists at the resort were much older, coupled, and from the UK, I, as a young, single, black female from the Caribbean, felt very comfortable there. I stayed 4 days there. If you are introverted and looking for peace and a place to rest and refresh yourself, this is it. "

"Let me start by saying there is no better staff. Keith, Hisani, Melanie, Michael, and many others, everyone, everyone had a smile, said hello, went above and beyond, and frankly, made us feel like we were long time friends. You take that, and couple that with the quality of the food, and the location of the hotel, there's nothing left to want. There's a nearby surf bar with music, drinks, and decent food (less than five minutes walk). The hotel is a 2 minute walk to a beach and you can walk along the beach in either direction for 20-30 minutes. The beds were comfy, the rooms were appointed well, the water pressure and temp were perfect, and the internet worked as it should for a video meeting. The front desk ensured that we knew what to see on the island, recommendations for local spots for food, drink, and sightseeing, and they coordinate the shuttle as needed, sometimes with little to no notice. I would not change a thing. I look forward to a return trip in the very near future and seeing the staff with their welcoming smiles. "

"Really nice spot. Low key. Went end of January 2025. Weather was beautiful, steady 85 degrees. Staff very helpful with calling car service for anywhere you want to go. Exchange of currency at front desk. Natasha was AMAZING, we loved her. A bit laid back on the island, I’m from New York so I always rush rush rush. Drink the tap water, it’s better than the bottled water there! Super hot showers! The only downfall is the random people walking up to you at night if you’re hanging out on beach chairs. They do have security around the clock walking around. Will rate 5/5 even with this issue—you just can’t be stupid. Not far from the st Lawrence gap. About 40 minutes from Carlisle bay (must go here on your trip)"
