"It happened to be cold week unfortunately, but there is no heat in the rooms and the pool and hot tubs were then closed. We would have gotten in the hot tub if available. I just think it should be up to the individual person if they want to swim or do anything outdoors . It should still be available."

"We had a wonderful time on Marco Island. The convenience of the Hilton Club Regency makes it even more fabulous! The unit is lovely with a great view of the luscious green lawn, towering palm trees and the blue pool water. So relaxing. Loved the screen porch. Easy walk into and out of the unit and the walk to the beach is simple as well. Great reviews from all of my family members! We all had a great time and enjoyed the unit and all it had to offer!"

"Marriott property was probably one of the best I have stayed at in many years. Unit we stayed in was spotless and completely updated. Onsite amenities exceeded expectations. Each day a different set of activities for adults and children of all ages. On-site restaurant was great for lunch, dinner, and poolside service. Marriott Crystal Shores staff were all very welcoming and attentive to our needs. We would absolutely stay at this location again."

"Overall we both liked the property, it was exactly as shown , shower was great full size fridge and ac worked well . The bed was very must have a very thick pillow top . I was worried I’d wake up with a back ache but I did not . It must have good firm support under the pillow top . Our only complaints were that we had been out all day exploring the Everglades and arrived at the place tired and hungry to find out the one restaurant was closed until maybe May. "We loved the unit and its location on a quad with a nearby pool. It is a very nice unit and owner communication was excellent. Totally out of the host's control was extensive, daily roof and building repairs right across the street and on units surrounding the quad. Heavy lifts, forklifts and crews motoring through at high speeds. This is all on Ole who could have managed the noise much better by not allowing crews to cut through the quad area."

Tremendous shelling at the rock jetty about 5 minutes going to left once on beach ! Prefer to have daily house keeping services such as new towels, make bed, provide toiletries (shampoo,conditioner) Bathroom shower could use safety bar to hold onto. Weak water flow in kitchen. "
