"Good base for getting to all the shops and sites in Brighton. A bit small and cosy but was fine for 5 people. Not enough seating areas for more. Need to be aware you are next to a very busy road so will hear lots of people walking past and traffic noise but fine for a short break."

"The property really couldn’t have been any better for our weekend celebrating my sister’s hen party. The location was perfect - central, seconds from the sea and near to all of our planned activities. The communal areas were fantastic, especially the large dining area. "Nice, comfortable property . Car parking was very useful. The weather was atrocious so we were grateful of the living and kitchen areas. Some of the curtains, curtain rails, windows latches a little tired. but overall clean. We had to buy wine glasses which we left at the property. There was glasses just not 4 the same. "Great house to stay in with a large group. If you are looking for privacy from family (Honeymoon) this isn't the right place as you can hear everything. However we had a blast and the property is just amazing. We had an issue with one of the showers leaking but thw host was right on it and swnt a plumber asap to try and fix the problem. They were great with communication throughout our entire stay. 10/10 would recommend and stay again. "

"Good convenient location. Clean well appointed rooms. Staff welcoming and very helpful. Only issue is the room on the 2nd floor was unbearably warm and there was no way to manually control it. The staff provided a floor fan on our second night and moved us to an upper floor day 3 and 4. I would stay again but request a higher floor. "
