Quiet woodsy setting with beautiful lake views from every room

"We enjoyed our weekend girls trip at the lake house. It was very clean and accommodating. The view was great and the beds were comfy! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need for cooking. I would recommend this place for sure! "

"Our book club of five older women stayed here over the weekend. Our hostess, Terra, thought of everything one could possibly need. One of my friends said, "I feel so cared for." The view from the dock of the fall leaves was so pretty and peaceful. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the house was decorated beautifully. We enjoyed an outing to Gold Hill antique village. We hope to stay here again."

"We arrived much later than expected due to travel issues from New York City to the Charlotte, Kannapolis area, so it was dark when we got to the property. The touchpad entry made it easy to get in, which was a relief. Inside, we were impressed by the beautiful layout. The living room, dining room, and kitchen were mostly open, with nice furniture and place settings on the dining table. The kitchen was modern and well-equipped. However, there were a few downsides. Sunshine on the dock all morning then shade sets in late afternoon.

"We were a family of 5 plus 2 grandparents. Grandparents stayed downstairs, each child got their own bed, and mom and dad had a comfy queen. The location was perfect as we were there to attend the polar express train show. We brought fishing rods and enjoyed the dock. We’ll definitely book again. The upgrades were beautiful and the kids wanted to move in, haha. Very sweet home! "

"We loved our time at this house. The 2nd living area was perfect for the 15 and 22 year old kids. The house had everything you would need. The best part of the house is the outdoor space. The dock was perfect for pulling up our boat and hanging out during the day. The covered patio was perfect in the evenings especially on the rainy ones. We came in to a gift basket which was such a nice gesture. We will definitely be back."
