High ceilings and large panoramic windows create an airy and spacious feeling and bring the surrounding nature right into the house. The large kitchen is a paradise for amateur chefs and offers everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes. You can also use the dining table for sociable evenings with board games and end the day by the cosy fire in the wood-burning stove while telling exciting stories. Just a few steps away, a picturesque hiking trail leads to unforgettable adventures in nature.



Explore the marked hiking trails in the surrounding area, which lead you to mountain lakes full of fish and rushing waterfalls. Go on a waterfall hunt and find your favourite waterfall, perhaps even with a refreshing dip in the cool water. The mountain lakes, such as Grytevatn, are ideal for swimming in summer. Other highlights include canoeing, climbing and horseback riding through the unspoilt landscape. For summiteers, the hike to Skogshorn is an absolute must.
