"We had a fantastic time. The villa was lovely, very well equipped and with a fantastic pool that was cleaned every day. Close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Lots to do but very happy to laze by the pool. Went on an amazing boat trip which was in Dalyan (transfers were arranged). Super hot weather. There was a steep climb to and from the villa, which was fine for us, but might not suitable for people with mobility issues. Host was extremely helpful before the trip and we were looked...

"We couldn't fault this accommodation. It was clean, well equipped and private. The manager was on hand if we needed him and replied quickly (the water was off in Dalyan and we didn't know if it was just the villa). For us, it was quite far to walk into Dalyan in the heat however, a taxi only cost 150 Turkish lira. Obviously a car would be a good idea if you want to go further afield. The villa was difficult to find for most taxi drivers but we had a screen shot of location, GPS numbers and it...

"House is nice and big. Pool is cold. Blankets thin. The pool is a little noisy and you could hear and see the cars on the highway which was actually kind of entertaining. Setting was peaceful. Soap would be helpful and batteries needed in Klima remote but a/c works well. Furniture was nice inside and out. Overall very clean and we enjoyed it wish we could’ve stayed longer."

"The stay was lovely with a great location not too far from town. The only criticism I would have is that the water does go cold so to have showers at once is not possible! If the hot water is used up then it does take time to heat back up. The villa is located in a quiet residential area and noise is not liked despite being in large groups with children! The host was really receptive and came whenever and as required. Lovely hosts ans would definitely recommend a stay here if visiting Dalyan!...

"We arrived and kitchen tap was hanging off . Toilet broke first time of flushing and ran all night . Kettle fused first time of use No pillowcases No tea towels or oven gloves - Told to buy our own . Pool motor held open with splintered piece of wood dangerous to walk near. Rusty garden loungers despite told we were the first to stay . After 2 days of our week stay we left as house unsafe , not finished . "

"Stayed at the villa Ria for a week four adults two with mobility issue one in wheelchair. The villa is fantastic besutiful gardens pool is fantastic comunication with the owner and the manager was excellence everything you need in a holiday it is about a 10 min wslik to the nestest shops and bars to far for my husband to walk but our friends with the wheelchair we ok we just got a taxi no problem i would definitely recommend Villa Ria its in a peaceful area but clise enough to all the amenities ...
