The location of this hotel was very great - close to a number of train stations, close to the Ginza shopping places and to plenty of eating places and restaurants. The beds were small but adequate. Bed linen and towels were decent. Front desk services were attentive and good. There is a self laundry facility which was very desirable. There is a sitting/eating area at the front lobby which was convenient and well maintained. For a 3-star hotel we really did not expect luxury and were quite happy with it! "
