"Spent a long weekend at this property and we had a great time. Our hosts were very friendly and gave us good advice on where to visit locally and the easiest way to get into Yarmouth which was only a few minutes walk. Good breakfast and the room was nice and comfortable with plenty of space. Free parking unlike some other establishments. Would highly recommend."

We were informed that our room was ready if we arrived early.The room we had was inviting with a good view of the beach from the window and plenty of storage for cloths so you did not live out of a suitcase . and only a short walk from the trajn station."

There are good tea/coffee making facilities in the room, even a mini-fridge for keeping everything fresh. Everything was replenished daily, even the lovely selection of biscuits! "Definitely a 5* review, we would definitely stay again. We had a family room so the children had their own bedroom. It was one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed in, immaculate! The breakfast options were fantastic and the staff were all so friendly. We immediately felt relaxed. Locationwise it was a short stroll to the beach or up the hill to the lovely Royal Oak pub. "Nice room, bathroom had both shower and bath but when we went to use bath there was no plug so could not use which was disappointing. Shower was not very powerful at all. Plenty of tea /coffee provided and bottles of water provided. Beds comfy, enjoyed good sleep. They don’t do food anymore, so have to go else where for dinner & breakfast. "
