"This house is an EXCELLENT value, fantastic location and very comfortable option when staying in Athens. Sure you could find a house overlooking the sea, but this house is centrally located to all the major sites, food stops and attractions (including the airport!) you could want to see. It is so big that there is plenty of room to fit several people AND enjoy the oversized swimming pool and backyard. We have stayed in Athens before, and the privacy and uniqueness of this "estate" is definitely...

"The property is close to many beaches and many restaurants and shops. But, you will need a car. The pool is huge and the jacuzzi is powerful! The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. There are plenty of facilities in the property and it is well equipped. The broadband is excellent, which meant I could work when needed. That said, the mobile phone signal is very patchy, you will need WhatsApp or something similar."

"I rented this property with a group of friends to stay while we were visiting athens. Overall it is a nice place to stay at, but it comes with a little bit of hiccups. Finding transportation is tough and takes you a while to connect with an Uber or Beat. Katerina was a good host but at some points had strange requests from us such as paying an upfront cash security deposit (which I later confirmed with Vrbo is not part of her rights). "Villa Eva was just perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms roomy with lots of storage and dining outside with a sea breeze couldn’t be beat! The bathrooms were spacious and beautiful. Sophia was amazingly helpful and attentive to all our needs and concerns."
