"This was BY FAR the most disappointing experience we have ever had with any VRBO property. The managing company was extremely slow to respond to our queries. Our arrival was devastating. The lockbox didn't have a key in it, so could not get into the apartment. Someone came in 15 minutes, but the apartment was filthy. There was grease all over the kitchen including dish shelves. The key person cleaned for an hour while we cleaned the kitchen. We cleaned thoroughly a few days later. The bearskin...

"Lovely characterful accommodation with masses of space for the four of us. Charlottenlund is quiet with a lovely beach nearby. It’s very quick into Copenhagen on the train and yet in Charlottenlund you feel a million miles away. Not exactly a place for people looking for the nightlife but a superb place for a family looking to travel around and come back to a super house. Host was very helpful and kind."

"We had a great stay at this flat. We were met at the door by an employee who let us into the apartment and gave us keys. There’s a folder with house information and everything you need to know. It was very clean, in a great neighborhood and easy to access most things on foot, or just a short walk to the metro. "

"Kitchenette even had a toaster! Needs a garbage can in kitchen. Liked the place. Only downside was inconsiderate people at 6:30am talking loud and slamming doors. Bathroom sink drained very slow,There is a loud belltower that was really cool and didnt ring at night. We stayed during danish summer vacation time si there was parking but not needed since subway here us superb. Friendly!"

"Location of the apartment is good, but otherwise do not expect too much of this very basic accommodation. Bathroom is so small you can just about close the door when sitting on the toilet. No soap holders or shelves etc. Cleaning equipment (hoover etc.) shoved into a corner. Only one light in the living room worked. Apartment was extremely warm and windows cannot open properly. Kitchen not too bad, but all in all not a very inviting place. Would not stay again."

"Lots of cafes nearby and a park right across. Loved the easy check in and the website that provides me the necessary info. There’s some reno going on in the building but doesn’t affect the stay. The toilet design can be improved — it has a weird stench probably from the toilet bowl esp when it doesn’t air well. The shower curtain is too short causing water to spill over to the dry area and there isn’t additional drain out there. But overall the stay was still nice esp with the fast communication...

"Bra och rymlig lägenhet men väldigt brant trappa upp. Kanske borde stå i beskrivningen då den inte är direkt lämplig för lite äldre eller mindre barn. Bra utrustad och rent. Konstig instängd källarlukt i huset som tyvärr även satt sig på sängkläder i bostaden (annars ingen direkt lukt i lägenheten). Bra kommunikationer till Helsingborg hamn/city. Enkelt att parkera bilen på gator i närheten. "

"The location was great and we were pleased with the property. The overall condition and cleanliness was good, a few things weren’t very clean but not an issue. A shade for a window was missing by the sleeping couch and should be replaced. We loved the convenience of the location to the train and other shops and overall it was a very good stay."
