"Our group stayed at the Comfort Suites while attending an event at W&M. The hotel staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful and customer-service focused. The rooms were spacious and clean; the breakfast buffet had many choices; the hotel grounds were well-kept. We enjoyed our stay very much! "Our stay at The Colonies was really great and we would definitely stay here again. The pool was really great - the water and temperature of the room was actually warm which meant I could go in too! Pools are rarely warm enough for me! The only thing that was a big negative for me, the restrooms in the pool area were extremely cold, even when I was dry. It felt like it was 60 degrees in there. But overall - this property is fantastic!"
