"-Why is there no trash cans in women’s bathrooms? Hair was all over floor, it was gross. And where to discard personal hygiene products? - I bought a lock for my locker, yet the lock on the cabinet did not work so buying the lock was useless. Room 432. "Location is next to a construction site when we stay. Nearby have some nice restaurants or you can walk 15-20mins to reach the nearest shop. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is standard but the coffee machine and pancake machine are broken when our stay. "

"We stay here regularly as a place to sleep as daytimes spend time at our sons’s home in Sluseholmen :) It’s clean & pleasant here..white linen and we get a good nights sleep as we like the beds..not sumptuous but comfortable for us :) We’ve never had a disturbed night. There’s no kettle or mini fridge. There’s shower gel & hairdryer. This time it appears they’ve changed cleaning routine..I’d never been sure when they come in to clean..but when they do they seem to just empty bins & towels,...

"Location was central and ideal for exploring Copenhagen. We requested cot and this had been prepared in the room ready. We all slept so well, baby included. The room was basic but had everything we needed. There is a bar and games you can access during the day. Also the option to buy anything you may have forgotten. "A short 1 night stopover in this hostel ., staff member at reception was very pleasant and gave details very precisely ., room was for 4 people large enough .. bathroom and shared shower facilities on same floor and were sufficient . "My apartment was small but perfect for solo travelling. Everything i needed, shower, toilet, microwave, fridge, kettle, bed, tv, safe, hanging rail for clothing, even had a hairdryer tucked away although not something i use. Was clean and warm. Windows that open to let air in should you need it. They provide breakfast down by reception. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. You only needed to ask and they would do their best to answer or help. Situated away from all the main city...

"While this apartment/hotel us not directly central, it was in a few minutes walk of the Osterport rail/metro station and, a few minutes walk to the fort and Little Mermaid and then the water taxi. The apartment was spotless and the staff were extremely pleasant and on hand when you needed them and they even allowed us to take our room a few hours earlier seeingbthat we arrived midday and wanted to drop our cases. Definitely recommend to anyone wishing to visit Copenhagen 😊 "
