"An ideal location for a quiet getaway. Perfectly clean and well looked after. Well equipped with beautiful views I cannot recommend this home and location enough. Just a simple 80 minute ride from Auckland; it's easy to get to and remote enough to feel like you are away from the rush of everyday life. Matakanna, the closest village is about a 10 minute drive with some good local amenities. The property owner was a delight to work with and were flexible when I wanted to check-in early. Overall...

"My husband and I had a lovely time away. Location is perfect. We settled in (check in was super easy) and then headed over for dinner at Jin Jins (great portion sizes). We then wandered down to the movie theatre and surrounding area for an evening stroll then headed back to the accomodation for a few drinks in the outdoor area in front of the fire pit. In the morning the markets were on so again we strolled down the road, had breakfast and meandered around the markets before beginning our trip...

"Clean, tidy and fully equipped with everything we needed. Lovely linen and towels. Perfect location for exploring nearby Matakana, Omaha and much more. Handy to the local store for supplies and a brisk walk around around the peninsula, really enjoyable "

"From the moment we booked the accommodation to the time when we departed, it was a wonderful experience. Although we didn't get a chance to meet Robyn, the host, she was always available to communicate and gave us lots of info. The place is excellent, well layed out and beatifully furnished. we were 7 mature ladies who wanted to just chill out and that was exactly what we did. Would highly recommend a stay. We will certainly endevour to return in the not too distant future."
