"A quaint lodge in a beautiful and secluded setting in the Waimauku countryside. The property has everything you could need and the breakfast food provided was great. It was clean and quiet and only a 5 minute drive from the nearest town. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Outside not up to scratch Cobwebs everywhere Lawn needed mowing and bush overgrown House difficult to find and house number hard to find. Basic accommodation"

"Nice little cottage with charme, lovely decorated and well equipped. It had everything we needed. Short walk to a nice quiet beach, but way back is steep. We felt at home and loved the little treats like fresh flowers."

"Loved the country atmosphere, peaceful and quiet. Cottage had all the mod cons. Very roomy with two bedrooms and bathroom laundry, we made use of. Easy access to shops and restaurants, and of course the starry nights topped it off. Thanks Sue for letting us stay there…."

"Our family group of 4 adults were all disappointed with how grubby this property was. We don’t mind things which are a bit shabby (carpet, paintwork, furniture, curtains) but we really like things to be clean! Don’t even expect hospital standards but not ….dead bugs, spiders, dust, cobwebs…. Hair and mould in showers, basins, bathroom mirrors splashed with someone else’s toothpaste….YUK. Kitchen equipment greasy and grimy. Also the downstairs bedroom was very damp and unaired and we had to move...
