"A newer hotel, with nice decore. Very similar to business travel hotels in North America. The underground parking beneath the hotel was easy and convenient, with direct elevator access to the hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent. No on-site dinner option during our stay, but with so many good local restaurants within a 5-15 minute walk, never an issue. "A beautiful old convent where monks once stayed. Everything is beautifully appointed and the breakfast was a beautiful spread. The location is outside city center so call an uber to get around. Evora was a beautiful old city and our hotel balcony was a lovely view. "

"Negatives: there was room for only one suitcase. Not two. Had to put them on the floor. And no place to put clothing. There was no fridge. Bedside table was teeny… about size of an 8.5x11 inch piece of paper. Room for hotel phone and if I was careful my water bottle. Positives: It’s new and exceptionally clean and very good value. The included breakfast was very adequate and offered a fair variety . "

"We loved our stay here - a one night get away from our 2 year old who we left with the grandparents. Though once we arrived I had wished he was with us, as there was such an incredible kids program on offer. Even though the place is clearly very kid/family friendly, it still has a beautiful inviting grown up feel, definitely something for everyone. The food was good, the indoor pool lovely, the grounds are peaceful. We'd consider coming back for a proper family holiday in the future."

"Our Dining experience was spoilt due to two individual diners using mobiles on speaker in the restaurant, then another at breakfast this morning, when will it end? One of the best Hotels ever but, no hotel gets 5* if it doesn’t have a toilet brush."

"Amazing place to stay. Very comfortable room overlooking a nice garden with outside patio although it was late Feb when we were there and raining and cool so couldn’t use the outdoor facilities. Staff were amazing and very helpful with information. Arranged a cab to the bus terminal for us and it was an easy walk to every where. Highly recommend this place to stay. "

"Whenever we needed new towels, the housekeeping staff would drop everything to accommodate us immediately. They would even shorten their lunch hour to meet our needs. The housekeeping employees work hard, they provide high quality care and services, they are dedicated to their job, and they go above and beyond 100 percent. Thank you to Dalila, Monica, Teresa, and Vera for their professionalism, warm greetings and big smiles everyday."

"Acomodação muito agradável, com todos os utensílios necessários, entretanto faltava papel higiênico no banheiro e o controle do ar não funcionou (pilha estava fraca) o que nos deixou com frio durante a estadia. Outro ponto é que, por ser uma região fria, havia uma espécie de tapete na parede da cama que cheirava a mofo, deixando-me alérgica. Apesar de a região ser tranquila, ouvia-se o barulho dos carros passando pelo calçamento "
