"Just in front of the Lausanne station. Great location to give an easy access to everywhere. The only disappointment was that when checking in, one of the staff told that he would bring the Lausanne Passport Card (free pass for transportation for tourists) to my room in 5 minutes but he never appeared. "Lausanne Palace is ideally located near the main shopping and dinning area. My only slight complaint is the inconsistency of the housekeeping. We stayed for 6 days. Some days they were great, but a few times they forgot to replenish the necessities like the body wash. "

"This hotel was within walking distance of the train station. The hotel also provided a free local transport card. The hotel was in a quiet location and we had a great view of Lake Geneva from our room. There were plenty of good restaurants near by. The staff were always friendly and very helpful with any queries we had. Great breakfast buffet too. "
