All of the staff I encountered were courteous, friendly and helpful. The hotel public areas were all well maintained and well decorated. The room allocated was a good size, warm, cleaned each day and comfortable. The breakfast provided was excellent. Thank you."

"The hotel was great, and I’d love to stay there again next time. It has a nice spa and bar, and the price is very reasonable for this type of hotel. There were only minor drawbacks: there was no hairdryer in the room, but we asked at reception, and they brought one to us. In some areas, the cleanliness could have been better (details like cobwebs on the wall)."
