"This is an incredible place to stay! Your view from an altitude of 4500 feet looking across at the snowcapped Wetterhorn Is lovely, with excellent views of the valley below and the Schwartzhorn as well. The chalet is comfortable, clean, and very peaceful. The host is just wonderful and is friendly, generous, and helpful. I highly recommend this place!"

"Fiesch is a great place to base yourself and the chalet is a good size and well equipped. I have just marked it down because it's a real slog to get up to the chalet. I wouldn't recommend if you are not reasonably fit unless you have a car. The place was pretty clean and any problems with the lock on the front door previously mentioned have been sorted. ""Romantic chalet bijou" is a perfect description: this is an ideal place if you're looking for somewhere quiet and "off the beaten track". Very clean and well equipped (the only thing missing was an iron, but we're happy not to iron our clothes!), and the terrace is lovely. A lovely base for exploring the upper Valais region."

"The receptionists were pleasant. Nice lobby/ interior decor. Very nice, spacious room, and comfortable bed. Love having a balcony with a gorgeous view of the mountains. Really good buffet breakfast, and love their selection of teas. Served the best buffet breakfast out of all the hotels we stayed at during our 2-week Switzerland trip. "

"Location is about 1-2 mins walk fr the train station, and the bus station is just across the street. Everything is closeby. The facade of the hotel may look simple but the interior fr. the reception to the rooms are well maintained. The staff were all helpful and very accommodating. We had amazing view of the alps fr our room. Housekeeping kept room clean everyday. We loved it there."

"The property itself is gorgeous and well equipped. I booked for 1 night and only if I have more time to spend in the hotel. The only thing is the bar tender in the hotel is not polite at all and it seems he does not like to serve or be asked about questions. All the other staffers are exceptionally polite thoigh"
