No sign post for where it is, when we called for directions we was told check in was at 5 despite the booking website and payment confirmation saying 3pm. Once we got to the apartment we noticed that the apartment wasn’t clean despite it being cleaned. The shower drain was dirty, hairs in the shower & walls, the complimentary shower gel was empty and the handsoap was hair conditioner. there was cobwebs on the walls, the TV in the bedroom didn’t...

"We arrived at the property to see it hadnt been cleaned from the previous occupants. We were told no cleaner available so we had no choice but to make the long drive back home. Still waiting for our money back. "

"The location is absolutely brilliant and the property very nice. Very clean and warm. Very comfortable. If I have any issues they are relatively small, but should be mentioned to improve what is already very good. On entry, there’s a slight smell of damp. Only slight but it is there. The kitchen work top is very small. And the shower though adequate, could have been better. None of these detract hugely, as the location is just perfect."

"Its our second visit this year we were here for Easter. The apartment is fab clean warm comfortable with fantastic views over Ambleside. Getting around is easy with a very good bus service if you are planning a visit to Ambleside this is the place to stay. Cant wait to return."

"Property was just what i needed for a couple of nights. Main Room was comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen great. Only issue was traffic noise from 800 onwards each . If youre an early riser then this wont be an issuedaymorning. "

"Wonderful hidden gem in the heart of Kendall which immersed us immediately in the town. Had everything we needed and was comfortable and clean. Host was responsive and highly accessible via chat which helped us to answer some questions we had quickly. Great spot to stay!
