Nice location - short drives to ski in Windham and dine in Hudson. Thanks again for a memorable stay, and we hope to be back soon. "

"Beautiful, large, old home, filled with hundreds of antiques, and a story for every one of them, I'm sure. You'd run out of time before you saw all of them. Really comfy beds, lots of bedrooms (some had private sitting rooms) and bathrooms. Nearly private driveway that winds through beautiful mountain scenery. We were there in winter and still saw tons of wild life..the birds! so many. Huge, old kitchen with some comfy chairs an eat in table and breathtaking views. A private bedroom wing, BUT...

"We were taking our college kid back to Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy and this house was convenient - an easy 20 minute drive to Troy. The house is big with a good kitchen and an outdoor patio and large tree-shaded yard. We also took day trips to Albany and Saratoga which were easy trips from here. There’s a grocery store, wine and bottle shop and pizza and ice cream shops nearby. It’s secluded and quiet. "

"The house was very clean and cozy. We were visiting family so we didn't cook but the pantry was stocked with cooking supplies, pots, pans, dishes.... Host provided coffee pods and creamerThe decor was supper interesting, antique pieces and a very cool midcentury music console. I would highly recommend Host was supper nice and made sure we had everything we needed for a week long stay"

"We stayed Friday to Monday, 6 adults 4 children aged 2 to 10. We were in town to attend a party so mainly only got to e joy the home in the evenings. Everything was great. The kitchen was fully stocked qith everything we could need."

"Overall this was a comfortable place to lay our heads in transit. The place was beautiful, our only regret is that we didn’t have more time to enjoy the place. And the owner/caretaker… was very patient and accommodating to our very late arrival one evening and very early leaving one morning. Would do this again."
