"This property was simply amazing. The location was perfectly situated near the center of town and we were able to do hikes near kanab, Bryce, and Zion. (Side note Buckskin Gulch and Edmaier’s Secret is a fabulous hike!). Things that were amazing about the house: 1. Private hot tub in the back! Note that it takes a while (Hours) to heat up to hot tub temp. 2. The mattresses are ridiculously comfy memory foam 3. Everything was so clean! 4. "We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is beautiful! Everything is well stocked & they certainly thought about what people staying would need. I liked being able to do a load of laundry & actually have laundry detergent! Being so close to the resort with a little store to buy some items & grab dinner at the restaurant was awesome! Great house, owners & area. Thank you very much!"

"We had a large group of all ages and this house was absolutely perfect. There is so much to see and do in Kanab but we could have stayed at the house the entire time and been perfectly entertained. The kids loved playing in the backyard and the playroom upstairs.The adults enjoyed the jacuzzi, large kitchen, ping pong/pool, etc. I would highly recommend staying here and we’ll definitely be back. "We had a great stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. Such a great location to stay if you enjoy hiking and outdoor activities. "

"This house had everything you could possibly want. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans, plates, etc. They use good tissue and toilet paper, not the rough, cheap brands you have in hotels. The backyard was perfect for a pet. The laundry area was fully stocked with washing pods and dryer sheets. The neighborhood was quiet and the hosts were great. If I'm ever in the Kanab area again, I will try to stay at Riley's Retreat. Highly recommend it."

"Took a weekend trip to Southern Utah. Found this little gem. A modern, comfortable, clean home that is centrally located between Bryce Canyon and Slot Canyon. Perfect place to stay when visiting both places in a few days. The Host was great and accommodating. Highly recommended! We went in the off season so there weren’t many good places to eat in Hatch but the Bryce Canyon Pines Restaurant (25min away) was awesome! "

Would recommend double checking the location - was a bit far from the parks main entrance. Really enjoyed the stars from the deck, and made great use of the fireplace and excellent living room."

"The accommodations were good. Plenty of space, and everything was clean. Snacks were left, and there were games, fans, and space heaters. It is about 1 hour from Page, Arizona and the same distance from Zions. It is close to the Sand Caves, and Belly of the Dragon. We spent a couple of hours walking around Kanab and had a good time. I would stay there again."

"We absolutely LOVED our time in this VRBO right outside the entrance to Zion! We walked every day into the park! Quick access to the Zion NP shuttle! It was great to go do a hike and then come back and rest before going back to do another hike! It was a great short drive (1 hr along the beautiful scenic 12 to get to Kanab for a Coral Cliff's Peek-a-boo canyon tour!) The owner was quick to answer my many questions!
