"The property was beautiful! We did not get to stay as long as we wanted but we will definitely be coming back to this little cottage. It was very clean and decorated well! The host was immediately responsive but we should note that there was absolutely no cellphone service which made communicating with guests a little difficult. "

"My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at the 1805 House B&B. The four-poster king-sized bed was very comfortable, the large tub in the bathroom was a delight, and breakfast was delivered to our room each morning. The hosts made check in and check out very easy. We were in the area for a jazz festival and to visit a friend. This was a lovely country stay for the weekend. "

"An absolutely horrible experience! My family (2 adults and my 6 year old son) had reserved this so-called hotel for $284 in June for a 13th Aug stay. After a full day at the Berkshires, we checked-in at 6 pm. This place is in a terrible location (unpaved roads, still-in construction steps). "The house is lovely and so perfectly located. The two bedrooms were sufficiently apart and next to their own bathrooms so both couples had privacy.the screened in porch was perfect to hang out and play cards at night and my dog absolutely loved the back yard. The location is superb, conviently located central to Stockbridge, ,lenox and Great Barrington. Fifteen minutes to Tanglewood and the Norman Rockwell museums. "My stay was shorter than I had planned but the few days I was here was so relaxing. First of all, the bed is so comfortable, I slept like a baby. Very quiet area.
