"We enjoyed an exceptional experience staying at Number 31 in Dublin on the eve of new years eve! Amazing vibe and ambiance and our room was divine!! We received an incredible upgrade to a huge luxurious room. The front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating and we even received a glass of Prosecco upon check in! It was an outstanding experience staying at Number 31 and we will not hesitate to return upon our next trip to Dublin. "

Breakfast was perfect- just lovely Irish lads. They wanted to make sure I enjoyed my stay- Hope to visit again one day when I can stay longer! "

"What a charming bed and breakfast! First the friendly staff makes you feel very welcomed to start. Then the clean comfortable spacious room and the lovely bed makes you feel home. And they immediately refresh you with some tea and cake soon after your arrival. The breakfast was lovely, and the swing on the front, the trail behind the house... All wonderful! I also ordered the picnic for the hike, and it had enough to feed four for just the two of us. I would definitely recommend."

"I can not say enough how fantastic this accommodation / location / staff were. Lisa was amazing with helping me sort issues with booking through Expedia (i will definitely book direct with them next time, but thank you Lisa, only for you i would have been lost. Simon the manager, what can i say, the customer service, helpfulness, kindness was second to none. Really really appreciate how you looked after us. Thank you so much. Fantastic service all round, highly recommend and will be returning....

"I liked the location with abundant dining options nearby . The breakfast was fantastic ! The staff awesome !!! Zorem( I think that was her name , was the best ! The only thing that was lacking in the room was a makeup mirror in the restroom . But it’s just a minor issue . I would definitely stay here again . "

"The hotel lobby is impressive and has many places to sit and relax, including the Writers Bar. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating, particularly our host Stephen who was wonderful. The daily breakfast was outstanding and very well managed by the hard working staff. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities we wanted, including a fridge and tea kettle. The hotel is well situated and we were able to walk to most places we wanted to see, or organize a cab easily (we never waited more than a minute or two). There are also buses that stop frequently out front. I don't have a single criticism - I would definitely recommend this property to friends and hope to return again on our next trip to Dublin."
