"I booked this place for my family (seven of us from 5-70) because it was close to Oban, and it served that need well. It also has lots of room, easy walk to Tralee Beach and the fish and chips place, a fireplace, and the person next door was extremely helpful and nice. "I Was not told of remodel incomplete until two days prior to our reservation which made it impossible to reserve other accommodations. We had air mattresses on the beds. One bathroom had no door. Towels were found in washer and dryer so we had to finish with cycles so we could use them. We should receive refund of at least 50% on the $1,080.03 that was paid February 19, 2024 for the inconvenience this caused my family in an otherwise great trip to Scotland. Very unsatisfied with accommodations."
