"Amazing customer service! I didn’t get the email to start the process of being able to get into the apartment and stayed on the phone until I got my codes. They don’t have front desk so that was very helpful, he made sure I’d be able to get into the apartment. Getting to the hotel was simple and easy. The apartment was very nice and modern looking, clean as well as in a great location downtown. Will be booking through this company again (: "
