Warning: 20% tip added to nearly EVERY bill, every restaurant! this 20%tip warning is literally posted everywhere, so don't succumb to sticker shock when you get bill. I will tip more for exceptional service! The very friendly staff will show you the itemized bill if you ask, in case you need one. "Older home, very nicely updated. Close to neighbors on both sides, but still very private thanks to tall hedges. Property drops off sharply towards water so be watchful with kids, dogs. Extremely good location -- convenient to town and beaches. Loved our visit and can't wait to come back!!"
