"When I booked, they gave strict instructions on where to park, that there was a dedicated parking spot for this unit, even provided a video. Arrived around 9:30pm and no parking spots avail except for opposite end of the building about a 4 block walk. Not safe to walk that far, carrying bags at night. Then customer service asked me to use a parking app to park offsite that would have been further away and would have had to take a rideshare. If I would have known that in advance I would have...

"My family and I stayed with our dog for a few days to see some old friends before going to visit family for Christmas. The space was exactly how it was described and pictured. The setup was easy, attractive, comfy, and extremely well appointed. It was great to have parking and a comfortable place to visit with everyone. The location is very convenient to markets, restaurants, and shopping. The shower is amazing. Kitchen is top notch. We will definitely stay here again!"
