"Very cute setting. Family neighborhood. Close to Hidden Hill Venue. Was hoping to be in the heart of downtown so could walk to restaurants and shops but driving was close to food and shops. All amenities were included at house. It even had bottled water and coffee supplies. Other than the WiFi being spotty, it was an adorable house. Very relaxing."

"We traveled to Lenoir, NC for our youngest son’s wedding. My traveling companions consisted of, myself, my husband, our eldest son, his wife and my mom in law. Edith, was a great host, the place was so clean and tidy, and it felt like home. Definitely will come back again!"

"Beautiful property. Guest house is first class. Debbie and Craig (owners) are wonderful people. Our dog loved it here also. The General Store has unique items for sale and also an extraordinary Case knife collection for sale. There are fantastic wineries nearby, and a great store for food shopping (Ingles) less than 30 mins from here. We will be back! "

"Very well appointed house that was very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and had new appliances. Host was very easy to work with and accommodating. Great neighborhood a lots of privacy. We loved it! The path to the lake is steep in places but is easier after you've done it once or twice. Very quiet cove with deep water. Beautiful! and a double decker dock! "

"Clean lovely house on the lake. Our family stayed for to attend a family wedding in the area. Due to the recent flooding, the lake was not as accessible as we had hoped. But, the stay was still wonderful and the area beautiful. We had a great stay in Nebo. Thank you, Steve Ness"

"Immaculate home that has what you need for a lovely get away. The house was pristine and every inch was clean. The directions for arrival, departure, and items at the home were accurate and helpful. We would stay there again and might book again for this fall. This is a great location to access the trail while having all the comforts of home."

"The cabin is beautiful. I love the kitchen and utensils! The size is excellent and affordable. The only downside was the bathroom upstairs and the water pressure in both bathrooms. The garbage disposal and dishwasher did not work at the end of our stay. It would be nice if dog lovers could bring their four-legged babies to this beautiful cabin. Other than that, we loved this place! "

"The house was in a good location within walking distance to downtown. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I appreciated the nice coffee bar. The property has a small fenced area that our pup really enjoyed. We’d definitely stay at Rachel’s place again when we’re in the area. "

"Came to visit family, my family history goes back at least 100 years in Yancey County. Drove from Florida, stayed in this cozy spot for three nights! Lots of room and decorated nicely. Lots of towels and blankets and room for privacy if you’re traveling with others. Loved the layout, the couch, the kitchen. Thank you for the hospitality and excellent communication."

"This was a gorgeous home with a gorgeous view of the smokies! Home was super nice, all the modern conveniences including dishwasher and streaming services provided. Beds comfy. 4 bedrooms and bathrooms attached. I wish I lived here ! Hot tub super nice. All amenities as described. We loved it! Best place we have rented by far. "Great communication with the host. All the details of the home were well thought out and the layout of the home and outdoor space and everything you need for young children. We loved that all three adult couples had their own bathroom and an xtra in the game room section of basement. The game section and all the TVs and places to read.
