"this was a very good hotel choice for us for a night passing through the Marion area. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was excellent near both I-40 and downtown Marion. The only slight issue that we experienced is that, for some reason, our cell phones had a difficult time connecting to hotel Wi-Fi. Ultimately, they did connect...."

"The stay was absolutely perfect. We had stayed here for a weekend fire school in McDowell County. This property was great for all members to come back, relax, enjoy the views and reflect on the day members had at class. Would HIGHLY recommend for anyone. We stayed on a business trip I guess you could say, If your staying for leisure then this is the spot! We hope to be back in the future."

"We absolutely loved every aspect of our stay. Debbi was warm and inviting, the cabin was incredible, and the property beautiful. We truly enjoyed being able to bring our dogs with us and they loved the huge fenced in yard and watching the kunekune! Debbi gave us a personal tour of the cabin, the property and her lovely farm. We had fun feeding peanuts to the Angora Goats, giving belly rubs to the pigs, and playing with Sadie, Tank and Eli! We cannot rate this property more highly and look forward to our next visit! "

"A sign needs to be put at the turn in because if you turn at the light for a opening to drive though there isnt one. Sign needs to be at the taco bell turn in. Needs trash can in bathroom "
