"The property is nice the rooms are spacious the staff is friendly. The things that I didn't appreciate is 1. Check out is at 12 someone knocked on our door at 11:30 saying “room service” and asking if we are going to check out I was confused because I thought we were late. That never happen to me before at a hotel. 2. The complimentary tea and hot water dispenser ran out I told the girl at the front desk she went in the back to get me a cup of hot water instead of filling up the dispenser. 3....
