"Stayed here for one night and wish it was more. From the moment we arrived the receptionist was so lovely and welcoming it was great. Didn't eat in the restaurant as we were going out but breakfast buffet was lovely and plentiful. Booked a massage in the Spa and Eloise the beautician was amazing, she was so kind and friendly, the massage was wonderful, highly recommend. Over all good stay "

"Amazing hotel and the staff were great, could not of been more helpful after a last minute booking at 9pm after the original hotel we booked (The Crossways) was totally unacceptable to stay in due to our room being directly above the speakers for a Christmas Party they were hosting. Noise in the room was so loud no one would of been able to sleep and given we had a 6 year old child with us even more shocking they put us in that room. Room was spacious and comfy, location was amazing as we had the Xmas trip booked at Wookey Hole and the breakfast was by far one of the best we have had staying in hotels or even a restaurant. Highly recommended as a place to stay if going to Wookey Hole or just visiting the area. "

"As we were stuck in Weston Super Mare due to the Red Storm warning and my boyfriends trains were cancelled, it would have been nice to check in early and not have to walk around town until 3 pm and we could actually check in. Also note the lack of plugs in the room, so had to unplug the TV and lamp just to charge our mobile phones."

"Stayed here for both night before holiday to Egypt and also night after arriving back, to catch flight back to Belfast the next morning. Both late arrivals and early starts. Hotel was few minutes walk from terminal, well signposted and good flat / disabled access for suitcases or wheelchairs. Check in very efficient and simple. Rooms spacious and spotless. Missed breakfast both mornings (due to me being late) but had a Quick Look, numerous options both hot and cold. Would make sure if staying again to make time for it. Only two small criticisms - 1- no bottled water in room, bit of a pain when arriving late at night and having to go to reception to buy some. 2- quality of toiletries in bathroom quite poor, felt very cheap and actually burned my skin a little. Otherwise very reasonable price for modern and clean hotel. Would stay again "
