"We arrived at this lovely hotel to find that Expedia (hotels.com) had only forwarded a booking for one room, not the two we'd booked online. It appears this was not an isolated incident. "I loved the location as it's right beside the Jandri Express. Hotel room was large but the ensuite was behind a sliding door so unfortunately you can hear and smell everything that is coming from the toilet!
