"The staff are really attentive when you message them in WhatsApp. They could have changed the elevator though. It’s scary. The view of the new museum and pyramids are incredible. Breakfast is amazing!"

"This is certainly an amazing find. The staff are simply amazing ! They go out of their way to make sure you’re happy and comfortable. The view from the rooftop restaurant is as good as you can get. Spectacular views of the pyramids. Doesn’t get any better. Food is amazing and reasonable. Large portions. I would certainly go back for the view and the stuff. They treated us like family. Only negatives and this will never be a deal breaker. The beds are way too hard for me and the safe wasn’t bolted down making it not usable. They are constantly cleaning. Thank you for an amazing three days. TIP don’t waste your money on the sound and light show, reserve a table at this restaurant. Have a great meal. served to you by amazing staff for the same money. "Really nice hotel located close to the pyramids. First time at a hotel in Egypt and I can say that I was pleasantly surprised, the hotel was very clean and modern, staff was helpful and friendly. I was able to walk to the pyramids in less than 15 minutes! "

Pero el lugar tiene unas vistas magnificas hacia las pirámides, el lugar tiene muchas cosas para que tu puedas conseguir al rededor como tiendas, restaurantes, lugares donde puedas caminar y sentirte parte de dicho país. Muy agradecido por tener una familia en Egipto, hicieron que nuestra estadía se sienta muy corta y con muchas ganas de volver muy pronto."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. They organised a driver and guide to take us safely to all of the historic sights. The rooms are basic but their very cheap and you have an amazing view of the pyramids and Sphinx "

"The view from our room was just like on the advertising. We could see 5 of the pyramids and the sphinx in front of them. We watched the sound and light show of the pyramids from the rooftop deck. I’m sure we missed some things, but still really neat. The entrance for that is directly across the street. Access to the pyramids is from the other side of the pyramids. Breakfast was adequate. Assorted breads, cheeses, eggs, some type of meat, fruit, orange juice, coffee, tea. We were furnished with a new bottle of water every morning. AC worked great. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were nice and fluffy. Bathroom is very small but that is fine. Location outside around the hotel is not great, but pretty standard for a lot of places. We were picked up and dropped off right at the door. No issues at all. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Giza. "

"I had an absolutely amazing stay at Crowne Pyramids. The rooms were lovely and clean, with toiletries, tea/coffee & a fridge provided. The staff were really incredible, from the start I was told to think of them as family/friends and not to hesitate to say if I needed anything at all. It’s a family run hotel, and they’re doing really well having done everything themselves! Ahmed, who runs the hotel with his brother, actually invited me to their family home to experience Iftar with them as I was travelling solo and during Ramadan, and wanted to learn more about the culture & traditions. It was such a lovely evening, I met the family and we had the most wonderful meal and the opportunity to experience Ramadan in a family setting, rather than just as a tourist. The staff all really went above and beyond, recommending things for me to do, providing me with drivers/guides, great food & amazing company. I really was treated like family/a friend. I had many a conversations with most of the staff there and they took a genuine interest in my life, and told me about theirs in return. Also the most incredible views of the pyramids from the terrace & the rooftop. "
