"Very nice and clean apartment, centrally located to the Duomo The company had to change the apartment at the last minute but all communications were clear and helpful and caused no issue. "

"Property is in a perfect location. The only downside in my opinion was finding it is very difficult and there is no hotel service such as room service. You will have to walk with your luggage to find the location as taxis cannot drop off at the location."

"The Navigli suites are not well-signposted from the outside and we weren't sure of the entrance location at first and phoned the manager who came and met us at a door. He was very cheerful, an excellent English speaker and he gave us lots of advice. The room was very clean, large, with a big firm comfortable bed, kitchenette (fridge, kettle, two hobs, coffee percolator), powerful ensuite shower, bidet and toilet. "The manager was very patient and helpful. The property was exactly as described, perfect for solo travellers or couples. Location is very close to the tram line which takes you to any part of the city. Shops and pharmacies are at your door step also which came in handy towards the end of my stay. Overall you cannot go wrong here and I’d be more than happy to return again in the future. "

"Fantastic views of lake. Spacious lovely rooms. Excellent friendly, super helpful customer service . Parking on site. Own Car or rental highly recommended . Lots of restaurants only a short drive away. Great breakfast with amazing views of lake."

"Property is a 15 minute walk from the Duomo and a two minute walk from the station. A great base in a quiet area. "

"A very nice stay. We were only in Milan for one night so we didn’t have time for a full exploration of the area, but the room was clean and quiet, private bathroom. Lots of security to get into the building, apartment, and room, so certainly safe. Nice bathroom. Perfect for our one night stay."

"The room was very clean and was cleaned daily with new set of towels and beds made daily. The staff is readily available for any assistance and was easy to communicate with. Staff even messaged me on whatsapp to give me updates on when I was able to check-in. The only challenge we had was locating the entrance of the building, you really need to follow the map provided by hotels.com and use google maps. It will send you to the building and you'd have to look at the directory to see the hotel...

"The owners of the property do not offer parking. You have to arrange the parking yourself. They should not list any parking in their services, as they provide none. The apartment is OK. Not as spacious as it looks from the pictures, but still very OK."

"5 stars, everything about this place is fantastic. Its so clean, the balcony room is awesome. Close to the city centre, everything is in walking distance. Elisabetta helped me so much, she was so knowledgeable and helpful. After her being so helpful and attentive, we booked another 2 nights. Thank you Elisabetta!"

"Such a good location within a few minutes walk from the centre of Milan. Superbly equipped kitchen with everything that you need. Communication was easy and helpful. Would recommend highly. "

"This place is a hidden gem! Quiet, peaceful, and walkable to the the center of Como. Make sure to reserve a parking spot if driving in - we didn’t, and had to find street parking. Ended up working out but had to park a few mins away. Breakfast here was AMAZING, and the staff is so kind. We can’t recommend enough!"
