"We had a lovely stay and the hosts were warm, accommodating and responsive. The location is incredible -- extensive views from both sides of the property; the hilltop village setting is out of a postcard with lovely little streets and nooks to explore; and the local shops, market days, restaurants provide everything needed locally. The property is adequate, a little rustic, but well suited to time outdoors by the lovely pool and as a springboard for day trips throughout amazing Tuscany....

"Die Wohnung liegt ruhig im schönen Dorf Chiusdino, das Meer ist ca. 1 Stunde entfernt, aber der Pool eignet sich gut zum Baden. Es ist genug Platz für 4 Personen. Der Vermiter Paolo ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation war super. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut, obwohl wir ihn erst zur Abfahrt persönlich getroffen haben. Bei Ankunft stellten wir fest, dass ein Zimmer belegt war und nicht wie bei FE-Wo de beschrieben, 4 Zimmer zur Verfügung standen. Das war aber das einzige, was wir zu bemängeln haben. Das Haus ist gemütlich, mit modernen Duschen, Klimaanlage und Ventilator eingerichtet, wofür wir bei 37 Grad sehr dankbar waren. Im Außenbereich kann man sich gut aufhalten. Parken ist auch möglich. The grounds and pool were breath-taking and complete with a hammock, barbecue, outdoor games and toys, and lots of sitting areas. Large tables indoors and out provided space for meals and games. Le salon ainsi que les chambres sont spacieux , le jardin très agréable et l’espace pour garer sa voiture est ombragé et spacieux également. L’hôte Luigi est très sympathique. Le seul bémol est un problème de concordance entre les énoncés de l’annonce Verbo (site italien) et de l’annonce Abritel (site français) qui heureusement a pû être résolu avant notre arrivée . "We enjoyed a great stay at the Pineta. The plot of the owner is very well situated within the Pineta, quiet and only a few minutes away from the beautiful beach. The house, built in the "Bauhaus Stil", in the sixties, has its age, though light, airy and spacious. Fully equipped. A gem for aficionados of this style. "This villa was everything and more than we could have hoped for! A fantastic first impression as you drive through the gates and up to the villa entrance. The beautiful garden full of flowers and herbs and the splendid pool with views of the hills beyond. The villa was so well equipped. Everything was there. We felt so at home. "Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön ruhig gelegen. Umgeben von Wald und mit nur einem weiteren Nachbarn in der anderen Haushälfte. Kleinere Mängel wurden schnell beseitigt und es gab immer ein Lächeln für uns. Als Begrüßungsgeschenk gab es ein kleines Carepaket, darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Der hauseigene Außen-Whirlpool konnte beheizt werden und war sehr entspannend. "We had a wonderful stay at Gitavillage. There are big play ground for kids. The facility is very big. Best is the private beach with free umbrellas. The beach is quite big and sandy. Was very quite. Highly recommend the place and will definitely stay here if we come back to this area. "

"The staff were kind, positive, pleasant and will to help. A person in my travel party arrived in the breakfast hall only a few minutes before closing time. Rather than just start closing up a staff member was kind enough to ask us if we needed more time. Consequently, the breakfast was presented well and was very well rounded with a great assortment of hot and cold options. They have large elevators, underground parking, and many other amenities that a modern hotel should have. Finally, I noticed that a number of the teams that often place in the middle/lower tier teams of the Italy professional league have chosen/choose to stay in this hotel, so I’m certain it’s been vetted extensively. I know where I will go next time I’m in Grosetto."

"There are no words to describe how amazing this property is! From the moment we arrived, the staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating. They greeted us by name, which was absolutely wonderful. We were given a tour of the property followed by lunch. The food at this Castello is simply divine. Everything is farm-to-table and they only use the highest of ingredients. Our rooms were also just spectacular. We stayed in the Vicario Suite, Suite Sprone & the Spa Suite. All three were amazing, however the Spa Suite was really special. The amenities in our rooms were wonderful as well. You can tell that management has thought of every last detail to make the guests stay a five star experience. This was definitely the highlight of our vacation and we cannot wait to return! "
